We have a strong management team with extensive experience and expertise in microfinance, banking, and social development. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality services to our customers and achieving social and financial impact. We also have a network of well-trained and motivated staff who work closely with our customers at the grassroots level.
Promoting Financial Inclusion
To carry on the business of micro-finance and to undertake microfinance activities in the urban and rural areas to provide collateral free credit in the form of income generation loans, emergency loans, other loans and also deliver credits in the cities, towns and villages of India with a view to provide them sustainable livelihood and/or enhancement of their family’s livelihood

To render financial aid to individuals and/or small business for the purpose of self- employment, vocational skill development, training for traditional occupations, etc. To leverage the finance schemes that can benefit the lower strata of the society.

K.K. Balu is former Vice Chairman of Company Law Board. He has 55 years of Legal/ Judicial/ Banking/ Teaching/ Housing Finance Experience. His vast experience includes being Vice-Chairman and member (Judicial) of company Law Board, has held senior position in National Housing Bank and Syndicate Bank, directorship in BOB Housing Finance Limited; Shriram Housing Finance Limited; Periwal Bricks Limited & Akshay Avas Nerman Vitta Ltd., and practiced as an Advocate, demonstrating great Leadership Skills and high professional standards.
Currently , apart from resuming the practice of law, since December 2009, Balu has been empanelled as an Arbitrator.

Mr. Ashok has vast experience in transformation of the bank from manual banking to modern era technology bank. He provides insights on strategic technology initiatives across the organization and build standardization, collaboration, and technology innovation across banks.
Mr. Ashok possess an insightful knowledge of System Integration and Implementation of multiple banking products. He has handled the projects from the digitization stage to the latest digital transformation technologies. He is a techno- functional person with knowledge in Banking, Information Technology, Information Security Systems, and Electronic payments.

Successfully crafted Two Factor Authentication (2FA) for e-Commerce transaction in Association with VISA, which is now followed across the industry.
Successfully designed and implemented Amazon pay-later program and Fast tag program in KVB.
Recipient of The Master Card Innovation award for POS business in KVB.

Mr. Siva Rama Prasad has been the CFO & CIRO in Karur Vysya Bank with 42 years of experience, in wide range of financial, investment and investor relations functions in Banking, Branch Banking, Appraisal of Corporate & SME proposals, Credit Monitoring, Divisional Head for 9 years in different Geographies.
He has Prior experience as Technical Officer and Branch Banking with Andhra Bank.
Acted as Board of Director in Industrial and Technical Consultancy Organization of Tamilnadu Limited (ITCOT) representing the Karur Vysya Bank.
General Manager, Group Head for Commercial, Corporate, Agriculture Advances for 17 months. Worked for 7 years 3 months as Chief Financial Officer of KVB at Head Office.
